TERMS OF SERVICE & DIGITAL ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Welcome to OSRS Quality (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our Site or purchasing any digital products, services, or account packages from us, you (the "Buyer", "User", "Customer") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before completing a transaction.
1. NATURE OF DIGITAL SERVICES & ASSETS
- Service Definition: The Site provides digital character building, hand-leveling fulfillment, and digital credential coordination services. You are purchasing the time, labor, and data configuration associated with the hand-leveled account build.
- Third-Party Ownership: The Buyer explicitly acknowledges that all intellectual property, game software, accounts, and virtual items remain the exclusive property of the game's developer/publisher (Jagex Ltd.). The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Jagex Ltd.
- Assumption of Risk: The Buyer acknowledges that trading, buying, or transferring game accounts violates the third-party game developer's Terms of Service (ToS) and may result in the developer locking, muting, or permanently banning the account. The Site holds no liability for developer-enforced penalties post-delivery.
2. DELIVERY PROTOCOLS & RECOVERY PACKAGES
- Instant Delivery: Upon successful, verified payment processing, credentials (including the original creation parameters, dedicated login email, password, and character history stats) will be digitally delivered to the Buyer's recorded email address.
- Security Accountability: Upon delivery, the Buyer is strictly required to change the password, bind a secure personal two-factor authenticator (2FA), and secure the associated email account. The Site is entirely exempt from liability if the account is compromised due to Buyer negligence following delivery.
3. STRICT NO-REFUND & CHARGEBACK POLICY
- All Sales Final: Due to the volatile, digital nature of virtual gaming goods, all purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable once credentials have been generated and dispatched.
- Fraudulent Disputes: Any customer who attempts to open a chargeback, transaction reversal, or friendly-fraud dispute via their credit card issuer, bank, or payment processor after receiving the account credentials will be blacklisted permanently.
- Evidentiary Submissions: In the event of a payment dispute, the Site will submit full data logs to the payment network, including IP access logs, creation timestamps, cryptographic transaction proofs, and delivery read-receipts to vigorously dispute the claim.
4. PULLBACK & FRAUD PROTECTION
- Anti-Scam Verification: The Site explicitly covenants that it will never attempt to recover, "pull back," or access an account via recovery keys after it has been legally transferred to a Buyer.
- Warranty Limitation: We provide a 24 hours operational guarantee against structural creation defects or security faults originating from our end. We do not cover accounts that are banned or locked due to subsequent in-game behavior, botting, real-world trading, or toxicity committed by the Buyer.
Platform-wide Terms of Service also apply to every transaction except otherwise specified in the product.
